The Deep Gay Apparatus

Part of Keith Cole’s week of performance art in Toronto.  The big end event, The Coliseum of the Homosexual, is this Saturday, at MOCCA (Facebook event page).

This was at Dundas and Shaw, around the corner from where my mum and I ran into Keith Cole.
MUM:  “What’s with the bundle of sticks?”
ME:  “It’s a faggot.”
MUM: hysterical laughter.

I love Keith Cole.  And I love my mum.

Saloon Salon

Voted NOW’s best salon in Toronto, 2011.
This is where I get mah hurr cut.
I also have some art on the wall.

Love this city.

Everyone should go to this for all the reasons.

From a new photo series, Travels on my bike
All photos taken while I bike around [Toronto].

Last night at Buddies, Donnarama once again outdid herself: a Sound of Music Do-Re-Mi/Goat Herder mix/mash up and the most amazing props you’d ever hope to see.
There ain’t no other mother’.

Yuss yuss!
This Saturday, y’all!  My amazing friend Hillary has been working so effing hard on this, and it’s going to be super-awesome-amazing-great.
Hooray for talented friends!

This Friday, everyone!  If you can only come to the screening, THEN BE THERE. ONLY 8 DOLLARS.

Seriously, you have no excuses.  See you there.

O, front brakes:
How I miss you
So, so dearly
From my bike.

You were so good
Until you snapped so cleanly,
Down that hill,
Before that underpass,
At King and Dufferin.

O, front brakes:
What will I do without you?
Most likely:
Crash.
